6 and 3 in morning 19 in evening (planned on 23, because of track meet I did it Friday night instead of Saturday) The evening run is when I had my "set back". I was running out in Green Valley and started to feel very fatigued. Things just weren't working right - my legs wouldn't lift, breathing was way off, and very tired. This scared me a lot. Called Ally and had her and the girls meet me. But I kept running about 6 more miles (some of which was out of my way to go to my bro's to get some help - no one was there). Finally got to where wife and girls were and I just about dropped into the car. Kept feeling wiped throughout the day and night. Went to the doctor a few days later (notice that I ran a few more times the next week, duhh... learn the first time). |
