3 miles 3 times with team again. run - PVHS to Artic Circle and back x 3
same run as Monday. But it was the last set of morning runs for the x-country season, so I was glad to be there running with the various groups of kids.
Welcome to the blog. This is a great training tool that has helped me move in the right direction.
Steve told me you ran with them on Saturday morning. We'll have to start working out together so we can qualify for the trials in 07'.
What is your goal time this year at STGM?
Hopefully we'll see you on Thursday night.

Hey welcome to the blog.
Like Clyde said, it has really helped me to stay motivated using this blog. I have gotten more excited and serious about running this past year using the blog and training with the St. George Running Club. I have really enjoyed getting training ideas and advice from some of the runners on the blog. It was good to have you out with us on the run Saturday, feel free to come anytime

Welcome to the blog. You have plenty of speed to qualify for the Trials, just need to build base without losing the speed. Also, 2:22:00 takes you to the trials, except you have to pay. 2:20:00 is needed if you want them to pay travel costs.
Did you run in college?
