AM - 11.5 2xAC/DI/Lutheran.  Another early round of early mileage with Mikey-boy.  Then added more while waiting for the team and then the usual stuff.  Legs feeling better this morning - good.  Head cold and all that junk not feeling any better yet - bad.  (Connect 301.75)

coach, im afraid desert hells jv isnt doing wasatch. i read scott sandbergs blog (a jv guy for dh) and he said he was ready to kick butt at nebo.
