morning - 10 Black Brush. Long walk with Twix. Went out to the Santa Clara trails for practice. Ran Black Brush and then added bits and pieces of other trails. Nice day out in the desert. (Peg Green 530.5)

evening - 3.25 SGGC. Ran around a bit setting up the Pre-Region XC course. Don't remember the shoes - that'll be the case a bit for the past few weeks as I go back and try and catch up. Bumma.
