AM - 11 Mall/2xAC. Really tight in the left hammy, so I have been working on it a lot - that is why my hip is really acting up this week. (Stratus black 857.7)
afternoon - 8.5 Grass/2xDI. DI warm and cool sandwiched around 3xmile cruise intervals w/2 min. recovery. Good solid grass running with the boys at just below my Tinman pace. Then finished with 4x200 hard with 200 recovery. By the last one, I actually felt a little bit of quickness in the old legs. (NB 101 219)
