AM - 11 2xGreen Springs clubhouse and 1xArctic Circle with team. Nice enjoyable runs. The 2nd Green Springs was especially nice as Monty and I hit some pretty good running. Feeling a bit better. The old nasal cavity is still experience a little log jam, but all-in-all improving. (Landreth 398.7)

afternoon - 8.6 Powerline and back to PVHS.  Hot!  so I cut it shorter than planned.  Passing out does no good.  (Landreth 406.9)  Forgot to bring another pair of shoes so they hadn't recovered yet.

Dave,

No word from St. George yet. I am still hoping for a favorable reply.

I will race it. I am trying to make it like the second half of St. George. I hope it will be fast.

How long do you let your shoes recover for?

Logan rules! St. George eats our dust!

Sasha's got the course tool back to it's former glory, so you can now analyze the State XC course! Woo hoo!

Dave,

I will be in St. George on Monday evening and Tuesday next week the 3rd and 4th and was wondering if I could link up with anyone from the St. George bloggers for an early run on Tuesday morning. Anywhere from 10-15 miles would be great depending on what time we started. I have to be at a meeting at 8:00am so need to be back at the hotel NLT 7:15am. I will be staying in the Ramada Inn on St. George BLVD.

I think a bunch of us are ready to really push it at St. George. It will be nice to help each other along.
