AM - 7.15 Green Springs. A bit slow to work today as I spent extra time defrosting after the run. I wish winter was over. (Cumulus orange 456.6)

evening - 10.05 Club Run.  Same route as usual.  Took it at a solid easy pace; my body wouldn't have let me go faster if I had wanted.  I felt some solid fatigue from Tuesday's miles and Wednesday's 14.  (Stratus 256.45)

I hear you on defrosting - it was cold again this morning! I hate cold!

Spring is almost here, hang in there, your perseverence will pay huge dividends in the upcoming season.

You could come run in the snow and ice with us up in the Northern Wasatch!

That's what Jeff S. said the other day. I will pass! When I tried to run up in Sandy over Christmas, I spent the whole time wondering how you guys up there actually get a decent workout in with all the beastliness.

Looking forward to del Sol, Steve!

"I wish winter was over."

AMEN!

I understand you may have answered this a bunch before, but what is the entire "cumulus orange 4xx" stuff about. I feel stupid that I don't know what that is.

dave you dixie guys don't really have much of a winter. every time i go to st george i go running because the weather is so balmy. wish i could get down there more often.

Ryan, you talk like you are a full fledge Cedar guy now - and that scares me a little. Think black and maroon!

George, that is just the way I keep track of my shoe mileage. One of the templates has a shoe counter, but I am usually rotating about 5 pairs of shoes or so, so I just keep track of the mileage that way.

Oh! DUH! It sure is bright out here!
