afternoon - 8.5 PVMS. After a rather strange and frustrating encounter with a woman who thought she didn’t need to put her dog on a leash, we did 8x3:00 tempo pace intervals with 30 sec rec. Good workout. Kept the pace at 5:45-:50. Was a bit tired at the end. (Boston 294.25)
