afternoon - 14 Grass/Dixie. Went out and got 4.5 barefoot on the grass including 8xbarefoot striders before heading out with the boys toward Dixie High. Finished with Molly's Mile. I thought that taking it back to 1 run/day this week would help out my hip (that started hurting last week), but it seems to only be getting worse - I am not thrilled about it.
