AM - Washington Loop/Lava Point. Molly's Mile and then on Washington Loop. For practice we went down onto Lava Point and then a mile barefoot. A bit worn still. (Landreth black 651.35)(Barefoot '09 93.75) afternoon - 10 City Wells. Temps were great and the run went well. Planned on 8, but it was so nice I extended a mile up into Bracken's Loop and back.
