morning - 9.25 Dino Tracks. Molly's Mile and then Dino Tracks for practice. Hadn't run this run for awhile, so it was nice to hit the trail. Would have been better had I not been hammered. Not much improvement from yesterday. (Barefoot '10 62)(Landreth orange 683.5) lap swim - 5 minutes: today's swim was a little worse than the other day. If I actually had some sort of goal in mind, I think it would be discouraging how tough swimming is. afternoon - 3 Lower Grapevine. Went out on a very easy 3. Wind was blowing very hard, but I actually felt the best I have this week. (Cumulus white 797.9) pool running - 20 minutes: 3x3min hard 1 min easy.
