AM - 9 DI/2xAC/laps.  A pretty good morning.  A little twinge in the hip this morning, but not much at all.  Runs are feeling pretty good right now.  (Landreth blue 63.7)

afternoon 10 grass/River Trail.  Ran 3.5 on the grass barefoot, including 8xbarefoot striders.  A little bit of an ache until I got warmed up (obviously the day after a hard workout really sees the hip acting up).  Then down to the trail to run with the girls on their AT run.  (barefoot '09 151.15)(Stratus black 456.65)

Hey what do you have planned for this Saturday in Provo? I am going to go between 20 and 24 miles depending on how the week goes. If you want to join me for all or at least some in the middle, let me know.

Greg - we don't have school Friday, so I am going to get my long run in on Friday. But I was planning on 10 on Saturday morning. Where are you guys staying? Maybe I can meet up with you somewhere.

Greg and Dave,

We are staying at the Cottontree Inn (2230 University Parkway). I also would like to get in about 10 miles Saturday morning Dave. Let me know what you guys do.

That's where we are staying! Maybe we can have a movie night! Greg where are you guys at? If you are at East Bay area like last year, maybe you can run up to us and then we will go up the canyon for a few and back.

What time are you guys leaving on Friday? Bill and I were talking about doing a long run Friday morning also.

Just saw your post on Clyde's blog. I was thinking about running down the course Friday. Last week I took it pretty easy down the course, but wouldn't mind running a little longer and faster this week.

Dave and Logan-

We are at the Fairfield Inn on the south side of town again. I will definitely run up and meet you guys. We can set up a time as we get closer or whatever. I will probably start at about 5:00 or so.

Thanks coach! Stopping by was the highlight of my week so far. Good luck at BYU, I expect to see dominating results in every race like last year.

Greg, sounds good.

Josh, thanks buddy.

Dustin, let's do it. I was thinking meet at the church at 6:00. What does everyone else think about that time?
