AM - 2 Twix. Another short run with the dog. Hammy isn't in as much pain, but it is not time to push anything yet. Then abs and yoga. My wrist still geratly limits parts of yoga (like lifting) - crazy because it has been 2 1/2 months; you'd think that it would be healed up by now, but it still can't hold any weight or pressure in a flexed position. (Boston 63.5)
