Adult PRs (since 2013): 5k 17:10, 10k 35:05, 1/2 Marathon 1:17:30, Marathon 2:55:00 (2014 Boston Marathon) Trail race 50k 5:08:00. Other achievements: 3x Boston Qualifier. Course Record holder, Utah Valley full and half marathon (Clydesdale Division) Short-Term Running Goals: finish a 100k and then a 100 miler in 2016. | A.m.-Iron core work out. 2 mile warm-up, 2.5 mile tempo run around the Greenbelt, slow pace, icy conditions, about 645 per mile, 2.5 mile cooldown. Definitely feel stronger, faster this week than in previous weeks!
