Adult PRs (since 2013): 5k 17:10, 10k 35:05, 1/2 Marathon 1:17:30, Marathon 2:55:00 (2014 Boston Marathon) Trail race 50k 5:08:00. Other achievements: 3x Boston Qualifier. Course Record holder, Utah Valley full and half marathon (Clydesdale Division) Short-Term Running Goals: finish a 100k and then a 100 miler in 2016. Mountaineering objectives include climbing all the major Idaho peaks, the high points of each state, including Denali Long-Term Running Goals: who knows? | 400 m repeats on the treadmill-right Achilles was a little sore before starting. But it loosened up quickly. Alternated between 6.5 mph, and 10.5 mph. 2 mile warm-up, 400 m at the fast pace, 400 m jog in between. Ended with a 2.25 mile cooldown jog. It was a good strong case, some of them were pretty fast for me right now.

| flat long out n back run on 4200 E in Rigby, from Krupp Scout Hollow. Finished faster than I started- over 9 min miles on the first half, mid rights and a sub eight to end
