400 m repeats on the treadmill-right Achilles was a little sore before starting. But it loosened up quickly. Alternated between 6.5 mph, and 10.5 mph. 2 mile warm-up, 400 m at the fast pace, 400 m jog in between. Ended with a 2.25 mile cooldown jog. It was a good strong case, some of them were pretty fast for me right now.
