2:30 am start; ran 20 miles, 3:07 total time. 13 degrees out, best beard cycles ice had yet :) Wore CWX compression shorts under my loose tights with long underwear under that; chaffed me pretty bad. Worked on nutrition too-- ate about 200 calories every 40 minutes. Small peanut butter/honey tortilla at 40 and 2:00; chocolate covered granola bar at 1:20. Good to have consistent energy! Wish I had gotten more than three hours sleep the night before
