Another scorcher. avg 8:37. Was going to do the bonview loop, but had to stop and return at 2 miles because I was running high on the wuss meter and low on water
run up wheelers canyon with icebox loop. I was on oxygen during the uphill switchbacks and only caught up to nick on the downhill when he was frightened by a couple of stray poodles. Lots of fun though in a beautiful canyon. avg approx 10 min/mile
