avg 8:30.  Which I was proud of because I had 3 miles of slow ups and then 3 miles of mostly down and flat and felt I was in quicksand on the up, plus 7 miles is no joke with the gdoc.  To say a run is better than sex is to comment, on the serious trouble with one's sex life so to speak

Just wanted to log that I did the slick rock bike trail and I am not as young as I was, but it should count for something.

Slow painful Moab miles with sore buttocks from the Slickrock ride.  slow run but proud to keep going in the drizzle.  Spent the afternoon hiking around Arches National Park.
