Just over 5 miles. avg 8:20. Very painful this morning for some reason. Side ache for nearly all of the miles. I think I just went out too fast and didn't have any nutrition to fall back on. Maybe the fact I was on call last night had something to do with it. A nurse told me I looked like the most recent James Bond though, so life is still good I guess. She is legally blind however... |
