Same run as last week. avg 8:43 I used to think the perfect trifecta was a movie, a round of golf, and sex. Now I think a run, a good water ski and sex. As usual 2 out of 3 makes a good day

Wellllll, I haven't been on FRB for awhile but i picked a good time to come back based off that update, I think if you end with the last one the first 2 can pretty much be anything, unfortuntely we have to add really cool things to the first 2 because the last one is usually the missing piece to the Trifecta!! Good luck on the Trifecta completion!

LOL. This is one trifecta I will likely never see, my brohas. Like I say 2 out of 3 aint bad. Life is easier if you lower your expectation in certain things.
