| Pipeline from Burch Hollow to Elbow and then back towards Church Fork. Fair amount o young wipper snappers flying on the trail...felt old. But i love the new shoe...feels good so far on the terrain i was on. Hoka was just a bit malfitting for this malformed creature.

| this was a sufferfest on pipeline for a few miles...too hot...too old ... too dry...then i ran down the road in the shade next to the river...awesome cool air...felt great for a minute... fall colors out and singing
