9 miles at the track. Ran about 8:15 minute miles. Took it slow since I haven't run in a week.
9 miles - Conoco Loop - Out in 36:10; back in 35:17...nice easy run....some problems with side stiches (?)
9 miles - High School Loop - Cold and windy
9 miles at the track with the dogs. There were people there playing football, so the dogs had to stay on the leash until the very end. So...slow running, stopping, going, etc. but managed to get in nine miles.
5 miles on the treadmill...about 8:30 miles...1% grade
