Didn't feel like running at all (before, during, after...). Ugh. But, glad it's done.
No running today. Went to pick up a shirt on the floor and yanked my back. It's in pretty bad shape. Have a hard time just moving around (or sitting for that matter). Applying ice and ibuprofin treatment.
No miles - back still hurts too much
5 miles - back still hurting. Took it slow on the treadmill.
10 miles at the track - with dogs.
Ran it pretty quick...back was hurting before, but didn't seem to affect my speed. Was well rested from a couple of days off and it was a nice run.
