Knee felt better. It still hurt alot toward the end of each section. Hopefully, getting better. Five miles is more than I've done in a long time!
2 mile walk with dogs. wanted to run, but thought it best to take it slow. I'll run tomorrow
Conoco Loop
Knee hurt quite a bit. The hills seem to be the problem.
I had to walk a few times because of knee and was in pain for the last 1/3 of the run.

Knee felt better if I ran in the 3rd or 4th lane. This might be the ticket!
4 miles at the track. Knee felt ok...not great, not bad
