Oxford Road Loop

- Very painful start for first 3 miles.  Legs/Calves did much better as the run went along.  I did the last five miles at a good clip:  37:50

Total time was 1:45:32, which included about 3 minutes for construction traffic delays.

10 miles on treadmill - 0% grade.

After a day off, the legs felt a little better. They still hurt alot at the beginning of the run and it got better as the run went along. They are not nearly 100% and seemed to have issues throughout the 10 miles. I am aggressive with icing, elevation and compression. Hoping for the best....
