Was very tired. Kathy has been real sick and perhaps I have a touch of it.

My right hip is sore and bothering me. I suspect my IT Band and have been rolling it. I hope that's all it is.
Tried to take it easy because of hip.

10 miles on treadmill - 7.8mph (1%, 1.5%, 2% grade each mile - repeat)
1 mile cool down on track
6 miles on treadmill - 7.0-7.1 mph pace.
10 miles on treadmill (way too much time on there recently):
1 mile at 7.5 mph
1 mile at 7.6 mph
etc. to 8.4 mph at 1% grade
6 miles on treadmill - about 7.1 mph pace - 1% grade
16 miles at the track:
1st 8 in about 1 hour
