Lactate Threshold Run - 9 miles on treadmill 2.5 mile warm up at 7.5 mph and 1% grade 5.0 mile run at 8.7 mph and 1% grade 1.5 mile cool down at 7.5 mph and 1% grade Good day, generally. Ate a few cookies and some chips. Those continue to be my problem foods. Arg.
