AM - 5 shakeout AM2 - 6 @ 5:58 pace Very windy. Had to work for it a little more than I wanted bc of it but the pace was quick early on and I wasn't gonna let it slip PM - 6 @ 6:16 pace Again, wind made me earn it PM2 - gym for lower body strength and a little 🤏 core. 3 right after I got home and I regret not giving myself an hour or so off; wasn't hurting but did not enjoy it as much as the other 3 runs today, wouldn't say I enjoyed it at all. |
