| | 9 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. I wanted to do a speed workout, but I just didn't have it in me, so I just did this at a quicker pace than normal. I averaged about 8.9mph, I don't know my exact time. I had to take a test today, and the kid sitting next to me kept letting out the worst smelling farts. He would fart about every 5 minutes, for the entire 2 hours I was taking my test. I was getting really mad. Of course while I was running, I was the guy with smelly gas. I am sure the girls on either side of me were getting mad. Life is funny.

9 miles on tm at1.0% incline in 1:01:49. I felt very tired during this run, but had good motivation to hurry and get it over with. I feel a little sore 3 hour after the run, which is not normal. Hopefully I can recover for tomorrows run. avg pace 6:52

9 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. I felt burned out all day, and this run was no different. I had to stop 2 times and go to the bathroom. I guess sugary cereal, ice cream, and cheese aren't the most well rounded diet. average speed was 8.2 mph.

7 miles on tm at 1.0% incline in 51:06, avg pace of 7:18. I haven't been feeling motivated or energetic during the last few runs.

| | 11 miles on tm at 1.0% incline in 1:16:00. I felt horrible this week during my runs, and today was no different. I just haven't had any energy at all. Maybe I should start eating better. Avg pace of 6:55.
