| | 8 miles on treadmill. I am really sore after this run. Perhaps my pace was too quick for my first run after the marathon. Maybe tomorrow I will take it a little slower. |

| | 8 miles at about 7:47 per mile. This felt better than yesterday. I need to remember to take it slow for the next while. No need to rush into speed and possibly an injury, especially when I have no race planned for the next 11 months or so. |
