8 miles on tm at 1.0% incline in 53:50.
I did a 2 mile warm up then did a little speed work out. I did 1/4 mile at 11.3 mph, 1/2 mile at 10.1 mph, 1.5 mile at 8.7 mph, 1/2 mile at 1.1 mph, 1/4 mile at 11.3 mph. I then did .5 miles at 8.2 mph to recover followed by 1/8 mile at 11.3, 1/4 at 10.1, .75 at 8.7, 1/4 at 10.1, 1/8 at 11.3. I then did 1 mile at 8.7 mph to finish 8 miles in 53:50. avg pace 6:44. I felt good during this run. I was tired but able to keep going.
