Today I did some 800m runs (4 of them). I had a 1.64 mile warm up to get to the track, then I did 800 meters, with a 400 meter cool down, I did that 4 times, then went home. On the way home my right knee hurt a little bit, but no too bad. mile 1 7.14 .64 5.29 1st 800 3.09 first cool down 2.11 2nd 800 3.20 second cool down 2.11 3rd 800 3.20 third cool down 2.10 4th 800 3.15 cool down and jog home 1.43 12.29 total 44.53 avg 7.41 max hr 188 avg hr 171 I really like this run, this was the first time that I have done any track work, I really enjoyed it. |
