Windy morning.  But, I missed the rain, so that's good.  Ran a little shorter and kept it easy.

Hit the track today for the first time in forever. I had no idea what paces to aim for.  I warmed up three miles and then ran 3x 800-400-400 with 400-200-200 recovery in between.  I conservatively wanted to run 3:10-90-90.

Set 1: 3:04, 85,87

Set 2: 3:01,85,84

Set 3: 2:57, 84, 83

Jogged home for cooldown.  The workout was faster than I anticipated.  My endurance is pretty good after a few weeks building base.  It would be nice to sharpen up again.  For what?  I don't know. I don't have any race plans.  But, it's nice to have some extra time to train.

Super easy pace today.  Ran from Cottonwood High to Wheeler Farm all along the canal road.  All soft surface running except for about a mile.  Felt good on my tired legs.

Oh, I have tired legs.  I did a conditioning class after running yesterday

Planned on going long today, but got back from rehearsal late last night.  Only got 5 hours of sleep.  I will have to get up pretty early tomorrow, but I don't have a late night tonight. Still working toward my 200 miles in June goal.

Should have run long yesterday.  Had to start before five to get a run in.  Plans changed and we are heading to Provo early this morning for state track.  Cons:  I missed hitting fifty this week.  Pros:  I have run six days a week for three weeks straight now.
