3 mile La Verkin Loop and then 4 miles over in Hurricane from High School out on 920 West past the Intermediate School up into Angel Heights and then back to the school.  I'm still having neck issues, started last week, I slept wrong on my neck and it has been bothering me ever since.  Also still having left leg issues.

Ran with Bill from up Kolob Terrace Road back to my house 12 miles.  The first 6 miles were pretty good, the last 6 not so much.  I'm still having issues with my left knee.
