Well nothing long, but still nice to get out.  This was the first run Sunny has done in a long time. We just did the cow field and back.  I fixed the tires on the jogging stroller and we brought Joslin along.

5 miles from Color Country Auto, had to drop my truck off to get the ball joint fixed. Anyway this was not a very good run.  I averaged only 9 min pace and had to stop a number of times, very windy out and I just felt terrible.

I started with Sunny and we went over past Farmer's and back on 300 West to 200 North then she headed home and then I went on to Pah Tempe.  I struggled again on this run, no energy.
