| Ran 5 miles this evening, was going to ride for awhile on the bike, but got called in to look at a broken microwave. I was already cranky because I had driving after school, got home tired, then put the trampoline together which took longer than expected, got my run in and then the microwave problem. Looks like I'll be replacing the microwave tomorrow which won't be too much fun. |

| Basketball this morning, took Jarren in the stroller tonight for a 3 mile run around La Verkin, then I did 20 minutes on the bike. I haven't been feeling that great this week. |

| I just did away with my original marathon training plan and decided I'm going to try something more simple the next 11 weeks in preparation for Utah Valley. I am only going to do one hard workout each week either a 6 mile tempo run around 6:15 pace or 1600 m repeats at 5:45 pace. All the other runs are going to be ran at 7:20 pace. I think I've been running too slow on my easy runs. Also I'm going give myself the option of either runnning on Fridays or not. Saturdays will be a longer run. I'm hoping to have the mileage be between 50 to 60 miles each week, and I'm sure people are wondering yes I'm going to continue to play basketball 3 times a week.
Today I went out and did 6 miles, it was a good run over to the Hurricane ball fields and back

Not much of a run this afternoon only 4 miles averaged 7:40, ran over passed the bridge and then back.
Hoping to get going better next week. |
