I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Did 8.5 miles out to Red Mountain Spa from Chuckawalla with Steve and Bill, felt pretty good. Glad I got up and did the run, put me at 60.5 miles for the week. Now, I will taper a little for the Freedom Run 10K on Tuesday in Provo.

It feels nice to run with you guys a again. good luck in provo. 60 miles is a great base. hopefully in 4-5 weeks i will be up there too
