Did .5 warm-up then 2 mile tempo run on the track first mile 6:22, second mile 6:30, started feeling dehydrated and a little sick, so I just jogged .5 miles then came home. I was going to do a few more miles tonight, but instead I'm just going to go to bed a little earlier and get some more rest.

Dustin I saw that workout you did on the track last week. Thats really good and I think those good quality speed workouts will pay off big time in the marathon.

As for what I'm going to run in the first half? I don't know. I go back and forth on how fast I want to go. Not wanting to burn out, but wanting to go out fast enough to give myself a chance in the second. I'm guessing it will be between 1:16-1:19 or so. I'm just planning on running how I feel that day.
