I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Just 4 miles after school tonight, with 1 mile at threshold pace- 5:40.

4 miles is better then no miles. I would of took it real easy on you if you would of ran with me.. Yea right!!
