Ran from Chuckwalla with the club (Steve, Clyde, Dave, no Bill injured, and newcomer Toby Salazar over to the T-Bone trail and out along the powerline came back down by Clyde's house then back up over Skyline Drive, decided to turn down Main Street hill and come back on Diagonal. We went 13.5 miles which was quite a bit further than I was planning on going, put I felt ok with the pace, hip flexors are still sore and continue to feel some pain on my back side. It will be nice to have the rest of the weekend off.

Hey Dustin,

I found a good stretch for the hip flexors that you might want to try.

While standing, do your normal quad stretch by pull one of your legs back so your heel touches your butt. Now while you feel your quad stretching put your head down so your chin is in the bottom of your neck, then tilt you head at an angle towards the opposite leg the you're stretching. You will begin to feel your hips stretching on the side and depending on how you angle your neck all the way back to your spine.
