| Morning run around Wheeler Farm, then a few miles walking cheering Jarren on at the State Meet. I feel so so bad for him. He had probably his worst race of his high school career. He finished 78th and ran 18:37, not quite sure what happened. He was so confident going into the race, and had race so well throughout most of the season. We are definitely disappointed with how the season ended. I guess the positive is the fact he is still young and he still has two more years.

| Did the Sky Mountain 3 mile loop from the gym in 28:54 (9:34 avg) this is probably the fastest I've done this run. Got back to the gym and did 8 machines.
