Good run this afternoon, left the school at 2:00 pm did close to an 8 mile loop down to the Sunbrook golf course, then up Dixie Drive, over to the bike trail came out by Paradise Canyon Subdivision then back to the school. Right foot started hurting on the way back, so I'm icing it right now. I might do some more miles tonight, we'll see how I'm feeling. It was a cooler afternoon and felt good to be out running. Went out and did 3 more easy miles this evening, foot seemed to be feeling a little better, still a little concerned. |
