Did 5x Pah Tempe hills around 2:00 pm this afternoon (I had about an hour and a half between jobs, so I decided to get the workout in, since I didn't get up this morning and do it) Did a mile warm-up then 1- 2:20-took it a little slower than the first one I did last time. 2- 2:14-Felt ok, but already feeling the heat, and legs still feeling a little tight 3-2:17- Hardest one 4-2:16-first part of the hill was pretty hard, but the second half went better 5-2:16-thought I was going faster, but I was still pleased with the time and the overall workout, especially considering the heat and the time of day, plus I had put in 6 good hours of physical labor, before the workout. Did a mile cool down. Plan on running with the club later tonight. Ran 5 miles easy tonight with the club. |
