This morning I went over and did Yasso 800s at the Hurricane Track. Did 1.5 mile warm-up then 5x800, 1-2:45 felt pretty good, legs a little heavy from running and work yesterday 2-2:44 a little faster, but legs felt better than the first one. 3-2:46 hurting a little on this one 4-2:46 felt better than number 3, but same time 5-2:45 good effort on the last one, pretty pleased with the workout, especially considering I haven't done this type of workout in about 2 months. 1 mile cool-down. Ran 3 miles easy tonight around La Verkin, ran down past the Overlook Subdivision. |
