Ran with the club tonight, Steve was back from his knee injury and Clyde also ran, Bill still has a few weeks with the stress fracture, but he showed up at the park to visit after our workout. Ran 2.5 miles over to Dixie State College, then down to the Dixie High School track. On the track I did 2 x 1 mile repeats, pretty relaxed. The first one was 6:02 and the second one was 5:48, only rested 60 seconds between first mile and second. After that we jogged back over to the park. |
