Went out pretty late tonight, since it had been so hot during the day, and I was at the father and son's campout this morning. Ran from the house over 600 north through the golf course, down 600 north another mile then back, from there went over to the hotels and back on S.R. 9 through Hurricane and back to La Verkin. Right ankle and left knee were bothering me a little on the run, but I was still glad I got in the longer run tonight, and a pretty good week of training. |
