Easy 4 miles this morning. Spent most of the afternoon and early evening at the hospital with my wife (8 months pregnant and had a bad kidney stone problem) fortunately it passed and we came home this evening, went out for another easy 4 miles tonight around 8:30 nice evening 75 degrees.

Hope all is well with your wife and baby that on the way. This close to the due date anything can be stressful. Hope you can make it Thursday night for the run.
