Ran with the club tonight, boy it was a hot one outside, we are going to change our meeting time to a little later in the evening to deal with the heat here in St. George. We ran the loop up over Foremaster, came back on the trail by the Virgin River. I had to stop at the Chevron station to get some water. But we still ran a pretty good pace the entire run. Clyde and I ran about 7:20 which felt pretty good, Bill and Steve weren't far behind so it was good to have the whole club out there running. |
