I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Easy 3 miles down 300 West over to Farmer's Market, up to 100 East. Strange pain on the top of my right foot, will do some icing tonight.

good run. my body did not feel to pleased to be running yesterday either. it difficult to get excited about saturdays race with Boston just around the corner.
